2018 Y Yeoman Warder A-Z 10p Circulated Coin

The Royal Mint has released 26 10p coin designs. Their theme is the A to Z of Britain and each coin combines a letter of the alphabet with an aspect of quintessential Britishness.

This is the first time the Royal Mint has produced a series of commemorative 10p coins.

This 10p features a Yeoman Warder and a key hanging off of the letter ‘Y’. Yeoman Warders are ceremonial guardians of the Tower of London, who are responsible for looking after any prisoners and for safeguarding the British Crown Jewels.
