2018 C Cricket A-Z 10p Circulated Coin

The Royal Mint has released 26 10p coin designs. Their theme is the A to Z of Britain and each coin combines a letter of the alphabet with an aspect of quintessential Britishness.

This is the first time the Royal Mint has produced a series of commemorative 10p coins.

This 10p features a man playing cricket alongside the letter ‘C’. Cricket originated in the South-East of England in the late 16^th century and soon became the country’s national sport.
